1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "jl67" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to jl67.club, the online gaming platform operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight and accessible at https://jl67.club.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account with jl67 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the jl67 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in your jl67 Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credit awarded by jl67 that is subject to wagering requirements before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the process by which jl67 verifies a player's identity, age, and residential address using government-issued documentation.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of jl67.club, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to jl67's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You accept all bonus terms applicable to any promotional offer you activate.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl67. jl67 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to have been registered by an individual below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any deposits, winnings, or bonuses accrued on such an account will be subject to forfeiture pending regulatory review.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

jl67 is operated under PAGCOR's regulatory framework and is intended for players located in or having a lawful nexus to the Philippines. 3.3 Registration Requirements

To create a jl67 Account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Create a unique username and a password that meets jl67's minimum security requirements.
• Confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on jl67 at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jl67 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3.5 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jl67 requires all players to complete KYC verification. You will be required to submit clear copies of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport), and in some cases, proof of address or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined until verification is completed.

4Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl67 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jl67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl67's customer support immediately via the Live Chat feature within the Platform. jl67 may temporarily suspend your Account pending a security investigation.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information on file with jl67 is accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address must be updated through your Account Settings. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity. jl67 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and, where required by PAGCOR regulations, to handle unclaimed balances in accordance with applicable regulations after a period of extended dormancy.

5Deposits

All deposits to jl67 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl67 does not charge fees for deposits on its end; however, your chosen payment provider (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees, for which jl67 bears no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods currently include: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, GrabPay, and InstaPay. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

jl67 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening in accordance with applicable regulations.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In cases of payment processing delay, jl67 will not credit funds until receipt is confirmed. You should retain proof of transaction from your payment provider in the event of a dispute.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jl67 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method that is registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals — sending funds to another person's GCash, bank account, or e-wallet — are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Active wagering requirements on any Bonus Balance must be satisfied before withdrawal of the corresponding funds is permitted.

Processing times for approved withdrawals are generally as follows: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank and other bank transfers — 1 to 4 banking hours. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on payment provider processing times, particularly during peak periods or bank holidays.

jl67 does not charge withdrawal fees from its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider's standard fees may apply. jl67 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts as part of its AML obligations.

7Bonuses & Promotions

jl67 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified jl67 Account in good standing.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings may only be used on games that are designated as eligible for the specific promotion. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses expire as stated in their individual terms. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the time of expiry results in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings.
• jl67 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any wagering already in progress by active players.

8Gameplay Rules

All games available on jl67 are subject to the rules established by the respective game provider. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and jl67's interpretation, the game provider's official rules take precedence.

Where a game malfunction, technical fault, server error, or software defect results in an incorrect game outcome, jl67 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's Account. In such circumstances, no further compensation will be payable. Game results generated under error conditions — whether appearing to produce a win or loss — shall not be considered binding.

jl67 does not guarantee the continuous uninterrupted availability of any game or feature. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or technical issues affecting third-party game providers may result in temporary unavailability of specific titles or game categories. jl67 accepts no liability for losses caused by such interruptions.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl67 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, accessing, or operating more than one Account on jl67, whether personally or through any third party.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-powered tools, or any automated means to interact with jl67's Platform, place bets, or exploit gaming outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any competitive gaming format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to jl67 without first attempting resolution through jl67's dispute process.
• Money laundering: Using jl67 to obscure, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. jl67 cooperates fully with Philippine financial intelligence authorities and PAGCOR on AML matters.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, using another person's identity or payment methods, or impersonating any other individual.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly exploiting a software error, miscalculated odds, incorrect payout table, or any other technical fault to place bets with an advantage not intended by jl67 or its game providers.

10Responsible Gaming

jl67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. All gaming activity on jl67 is intended for entertainment purposes only. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within their Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on total losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all jl67 Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for their designated duration.

11Intellectual Property

All content on jl67.club — including but not limited to the jl67 brand name, logo, platform design, user interface, written content, game descriptions, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of jl67 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jl67's Platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on jl67 without prior written consent.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl67 shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages howsoever arising.

• Losses caused by interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by malfunctions subject to jl67's void policy as described in Section 8.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl67's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13Suspension & Termination

jl67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and withhold or forfeit the associated balance, where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is under investigation.
• A player has been found to have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity has been confirmed.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A self-exclusion request has been activated by the player.
• Required by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed as a result of a Terms breach, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and associated winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the investigation is concluded, subject to no further breach findings requiring forfeiture.

You may request the closure of your jl67 Account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

14Disputes

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of jl67's Services, you must contact jl67's customer support team in the first instance via the Live Chat feature available 24/7 within the Platform. Please provide all relevant information including your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and the transaction or game round reference number where applicable.

jl67 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Complex disputes involving game provider investigations may take longer, in which case jl67 will keep you informed of the progress. If you are not satisfied with jl67's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its established player complaints procedure.

15Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, your use of jl67.club, and any dispute arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl67's Services.

16Changes to These Terms

jl67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jl67 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via registered email address or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of jl67.club following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
